Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently scheduling work for up to 20 operatives daily, ensuring that their diaries are optimized and that work is allocated promptly as operatives become available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule daily work into diaries for up to 20 operatives, ensuring optimal allocation of tasks and maintaining full schedules.
* Monitor the system for emergency jobs and manage these promptly to meet targets and deadlines.
* Respond to telephone variations by obtaining necessary approvals from the duty surveyor, allowing operatives to continue their work seamlessly.
* Provide high-quality face-to-face service to our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Collaborate within a team to achieve daily goals, ensuring a minimum of 60 new allocations each day.
* Track and report on scheduling metrics and progress towards targets.
Desired:
* Construction experience is essential.
* Longevity with current/recent employer.
* Based in Northwest London or can reasonably commute.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with operatives and clients.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet shared objectives.
* Previous experience in scheduling or coordination roles is preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools.
