What we're looking for: Proficiency in handling various PC and laptop hardware Experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems Familiarity with Windows Server (Apply online only)) Basic skills in firewall and router management Competence in Microsoft 365 usage and support Knowledge of basic networking concepts like DHCP and DNS Experience with Security tools (EDR/Spam and web filtering) Stellar customer service skills with prior customer-facing experience This opportunity is a hybrid role, based in the city of Dundee.
