Land Surveyor Permanent Location – Leicestershire Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum Negotiable depending on experience A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of fastest growing multi-disciplinary surveying practices in the UK. We provide specialist surveying services to architects, planning consultants, utility companies, government agencies, engineers, ecologists and various other construction related professionals. The work across architecture planning, retail, commercial & facilities management, infrastructure & highways and construction & civil engineering sectors. Due to rapid expansion they are now looking for a experienced land surveyor & measured building surveyor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience surveying and will based in the East Midlands or my clients Manchester office. Responsibility & Duties * Implement work instructions * Carrying out Land and Measured Building surveys * Post-processing work * Assisting in the resolution of any issues Experience & Qualification * 3+ Years’ experience delivering land surveys essential * Competent user of survey instrumentation – GPS, Total Stations, Leica, 3D scanner advantage * Competent user & understanding of 2D / 3D AutoCAD * Experience of completing (MBS) Measured Building or topographical Surveys would be an advantage * Civils, Construction or Surveying background ideal * Must hold a UK Driving License * The ability to use LSS for processing desirable * Post registration for laser scanning, Cyclone Core, Register 360 desirable Should this be of interest to you please get in contact and send your most up to date CV to the email address below or send me a message on Linkdin to discuss in more detail pritesh @ t-talent. co. uk (phone number removed) Linkedin- priteshtailordesign
