Electronics Assembler

A leading engineering and manufacturing firm in Hampshire is urgently seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler to join their team, working on the assembly and integration of high-quality electronic components and systems for a variety of cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and integrate electronic systems, including wiring, PCB assembly, and component fitting.
• Conduct soldering, wiring, and assembly according to precise specifications, ensuring quality and attention to detail throughout the process.
• Interpret and work from engineering diagrams, schematics, and technical instructions.
• Use a range of tools, such as soldering irons, crimps, and basic testing equipment, to complete assembly tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in electronic assembly, ideally working on complex systems.
• Strong skills in soldering, wiring, and assembly of electronic components.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electronic schematics and assembly instructions.
• Skilled in the use of both hand tools and specialised electronic assembly equipment.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and efficient in assembly work.
• Basic testing and troubleshooting skills to ensure component functionality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
