We are recruiting for a Guest Service Advisors on behalf of our client, Kate & Tom's. This is a fantastic opportunity, working for an ever-expanding market leading company in the Travel / Accommodation industry, offering remote working. Please note this is an 80-hour-per-month contract, requiring the successful candidate to work flexibly across 7 days a week including evenings and weekends. Company Description: We are a small but market leading company who goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional holiday and celebration experiences. These include hen/stag dos’ birthday or anniversary celebrations, corporate events and family holidays etc. Our team works from home with the bonus of having a beautiful office space based in Cheltenham. We use this for flexible working, office days, training, team meetings, 121’s and appraisals. Kate and Tom’s is made up of industry professionals who use their knowledge and passion to drive the company towards success. The business has been established for over a decade and is growing further each year. We are now looking to recruit like-minded individuals to become part of the family. The Guest Services team all work from home over email and phone. Currently our team is made up of 11 people. However this is ever growing as our business expands. Role Description: 90% - Handle daily booking requests and enquiries via phone and email and liaise with all stakeholders to complete bookings using a CRM system. Take ownership over fact finding for more complex queries and work with other team members to exceed client expectations. Ensure that the client database remains up to date and accurate. Report daily activity to the Senior Client Services Advisor. 10% - Ad-hoc projects and admin tasks will be set by senior team members. Visiting houses and clients in order to develop portfolio knowledge and build relationships, this may occasionally include overnight stays. In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the Guest Services Advisor is required to perform any other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time. Essential Attributes: Previous experience in the Customer Service industry. Experience in the Travel & Tourism / Hotel industry is desirable. A passion for working with people. An understanding of the importance of exceeding expectations. A desire to deliver excellence in all service areas. The ability to use initiative under pressure. Fantastic communicator. Confident in speaking with customer through email on the telephone. Able to work as part of a team and help others. Ability to think outside the box and come up with solutions for customers problems/ property owners’ problems. Has fantastic attention to detail. Shift Patterns: Regular shifts vary (Monday - Sunday): 9:00 am - 5:30 pm 11:00 am - 7:00 pm 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm Additional shifts during busy periods (Jan/Feb): 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm Bank Holidays: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm Weekends: Minimum 1 per month, up to 2.5 during busy periods We value flexibility and teamwork to meet our customers' needs throughout the year.
