We're looking for a Sub Agent to join our well-established earthworks, drainage and highways team at the Calvert project based in Buckinghamshire. Join us at Kier Transportation, where we are working brilliantly together to make a difference, supporting the movement of people, goods, and equipment. br br br br Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire - site based br br Contract: Permanent Fulltime br br Salary: £43,000 - £56,000 per year + £5,900 annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefits br br br br Responsibilities br br As a Sub Agent within the earthworks, drainage and highways team, you'll manage the technical compliance of the project to ensure it aligns with the design specification, making sure the project or section is completed safely, on schedule, and to the necessary standards of quality. br br Your day to day will include: br br Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project br br Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and project specific standards br br Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded br br Create a programme to plan and measure the day-to-day activities br br br br What are we looking for? br br This role of Sub Agent is great if you have: br br Relevant qualifications – degree level, or equivalent experience br br CSCS card br br Knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar businessI br br Rewards and benefits br We're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs. . br br br br Diversity and inclusion br Making Kier a diverse and inclusive place to work is a huge priority for us.
