About the role We are looking for highly motivated, forwarding thinking Rotational Pharmacists (Band 6 OR Band 7)to join our friendly and collaborative Pharmacy department at Noble's Hospital on the Isle of Man. The Band 6 is a training position allowing Pharmacists to progress from Band 6 to Band 7 following a structured competency-based program - an ideal position for newly qualified pharmacists. Applications for the Band 7 position will be welcomed from Pharmacists who already have post-registration hospital experience. Our Pharmacy Department forms a vital part of the Health Service, providing a broad range of services. You will be working alongside other healthcare professionals to help patients and their carers get the best from medicines. This is a great opportunity to develop yourself as a Pharmacist, as youll have the chance to work on wards as part of the clinical team, providing support in the dispensary, to help with accuracy checking and clinical screening of prescriptions. To succeed in this role you will be patient-focused and proactive, contributing towards the overall provision of a high quality pharmacy service. A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month. This role also qualifies for a recruitment incentive of £3,000, payable in the 1st, 13th, and 25th months of employment.
