Sprinkler Estimator

As a Sprinkler Estimator you will be preparing accurate cost estimates for fire sprinkler systems. This includes analysing project plans, understanding client requirements, and providing clear and competitive pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fire protection systems and at least 5 years industry experience. Key Responsibilities: Review construction documents Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs for fire sprinkler system installations. Conduct site visits as needed to gather additional information and ensure a clear understanding of project requirements. Develop and submit comprehensive bids and proposals that align with company standards and client expectations. Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the most competitive rates. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates.
