Description As a Legal Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a regulated professional services environment and will be first point of call for clients mainly over the telephone providing support and guidance. The role will be dealing with a wide range of enquiries you will be supporting the rest of the department with the calls from clients and third parties ensuring the highest level of service at all times.
