Rail Supervisor / COSS

Daniel Owen Agency are currently looking for Rail Supervisors / COSS Staff, in the South of England, who has extensive experience in a senior role, within the Rail industry. We are seeking dedicated and experienced Rail Supervisors and COSS (Controller of Site Safety) staff to join our team. If you are passionate about rail safety and operations, we want to hear from you! Duties: Oversee and manage on-site rail operations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate safety measures. Coordinate and supervise site activities, including staff allocation and resource management. Liaise with stakeholders, including project managers and other contractors, to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and report on work progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to schedules. Key Skills / Requirements: Valid COSS certification and relevant rail safety qualifications. Sentinel Card is preferred. Must have a Full UK Driving License Proven experience in rail operations or site supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
