Job Details:

  • Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Location: Milton Keynes
  • Salary £26,000 per annum

Role Information:

  • Assist in day to day running of busy fleet department
  • Working in defect sheet submissions
  • Monitoring duty time on towing vehicles
  • Monitoring of fuel cards
  • Fleet admin duties - PO raising / invoices,
  • General admin and reporting
  • Dealing with drivers on a daily basis
  • Comfortable working with external customers in provision of excellent customer care

We are looking for an individual with:

  • IT Skills, specifically working on excel using pivot tables and vlookups
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to analyse and solve problems
  • Good organisation skills with an eye for detail
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Must be able to work on own initiative
  • Must be able to work well in a team
