Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong foundation in Early Years education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care, learning, and professionalism. Skills to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community. Time management skills to meet deadlines effectively. Flexibility, initiative, and a passion for early childhood development. Role Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging lessons that support children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and team members to create an inclusive learning environment. Provide high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years, with responsibility for planning, assessment, and overall development. Prepare and organize the classroom to ensure a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment that meets regulatory standards.
