An employee-owned Architectural and Building Consultancy are looking for a dynamic Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team. The Chartered Building Surveyors' role The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have the unique opportunity to develop their expertise within an innovative and engaging environment, with the chance to support a variety of design based projects across sectors including commercial, hotel, retail, leisure, education and heritage. In this role, the Chartered Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing key professional services such as party wall, building pathology, and dilapidations, as well as design and contract administration. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic Chartered Building Surveyor who may be looking for a fresh challenge within a slightly different environment, benefiting from a dynamic structure and a new way of working. The Chartered Building Surveyor The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have need to be qualified with MRICS.
