Structural Technician
Location: Derby
Salary: 30k - 40k plus profit share bonus and other benefits
Emtech are working with a Civil & Structural Consultancy who are looking for a Structural Technician to join their established team in Derby. Ideally you will have at least a few years experience working with Structural CAD across either residential, education, commercial, industrial projects. Experience in Revit would be useful but training can be provided.
In this role you will be joining a structural team of 10 which sits within a wider office alongside other disciplines in a great location in Derby.
Requirements:
- Experience of building structures projects across a range of sectors, including residential
- Able to produce accurate technical engineering drawings in a variety of materials
- Experience in CAD, Revit experience within building structures projects would be useful
- Good attention to detail, conversant in all building materials with particular focus on in-situ concrete, timber, masonry and steelwork
- Ability to undertake review and checking of RC detailing and scheduling
