People Advisor

People Advisor Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week); Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm 4 days per week, and 7am until 3pm 1 day per week Location: Home based, fully remote Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum, depending on experience SUMMARY  As a People Advisor, you will be responsible for providing first-class proactive support and leadership on all aspects of employee relations. You will play a pivotal role within the People Team providing HR advice, guidance, coaching and support on all people-related matters with a focus on supporting and upskilling our managers to ‘be better than yesterday.' REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE  Experience in a HR Advisor position Demonstrable experience providing complex HR advice and coaching managers on a range of people related matters in a fast-paced environment HR qualification such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience Previous experience using HRIS and analysis and interpretation of data is desirable Evidence of a robust understanding of HR best practice Up to date knowledge of employment law Proficient use of Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams is essential for this role CORE SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS Ability to rationalise competing priorities Adaptable and able to embrace change Proven analysis and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Confident communicator Ability to inspire, motivate, encourage and support others Exemplary communication skills Excellent listening and questioning skills Good telephone manner Able to deliver constructive feedback Able to prioritise a complex workload Proactive and hands on Able to work as part of a team and independently Excellent relationship management skills Responsible Well Organised Professional in appearance and approach Able to work alone or as a team Trustworthy and Honest Calm under pressure Willing to learn new skills Efficient Enthusiastic and Proactive Possess a positive can-do attitude HOW TO APPLY Interested in this People Advisor opportunity?
