4-day work week Fully-remote Gleanin is a Community Marketing platform (SaaS), which helps event marketers create sell-out events. The Community Marketing Executive strives to support the company's growth plans by creating and distributing remarkable video content for the event industry. Responsibilities: Plan, record, and distribute video content via key marketing channels. Regularly interview subject matter experts, customers, and other community stakeholders. Oversee project management of new and existing video content. Produce regular reports to advise leadership on a video-first marketing strategy. Conduct market research with both customers and prospects to identify content gaps. Support the planning and execution of Gleanin’s virtual marketing events and distribute on-demand content. Plan and execute LinkedIn Live events for Gleanin’s customers. Work with journalists and other stakeholders to further distribute Gleanin's content. Attend virtual and in-person industry events to collaborate with subject matter experts. Stay updated on industry trends, video best practices, and emerging technologies in B2B marketing. Qualifications / Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing. 2 years’ experience. Confident communicator - verbal and written. Confident with video platforms such as Loom (essential). Bonus Points: You run a TikTok channel (or similar). You have basic video editing skills. You include a link to any video work in your CV.
