Digital Change Manager

Are you a people-focused professional with experience in driving digital change? Moxie People is supporting a well-known third sector organisation in hiring a Digital Change Manager for a 12-18 month fixed-term contract. This role involves leading a digital transformation programme across four key systems, including iTrent. Role: Digital Change Manager Salary: £45,000 per annum Location: Cardiff / Hybrid Duration: 12-18 months FTC (initially) Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of digital change initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to align system functionality with strategic goals and business process automation. Process Optimisation: Redesign processes to enhance user experience and identify system improvement opportunities. Governance & Reporting: Develop governance frameworks, manage reporting programmes, and track project progress. Tender Management: Handle vendor evaluation and selection processes. Documentation & Communication: Maintain project documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders. What You'll Need: Proven experience in project management and digital transformation. Successful track record of systems implementation/integration (iTrent experience is a plus). Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure. Excellent communicator with the ability to engage with Directors, users, and technical teams.
