We are excited to be recruiting for a Manager based at Olympia. Key responsibilities Plan, oversee and report on the safe, legal and efficient day to day operation of our retail businesses on site in close cooperation with the client's own management team Work alongside the senior management team to develop new concepts, review and drive innovation within our portfolio of venues, and ensure we remain at the forefront of current food and beverage trends Recruit, train and mentor personnel within the retail team, ensuring excellent service standards across the business and nurturing a succession pipeline of internal talent for promotion and further development Effectively manage costs and expenditure in coordination with other heads of department to ensure we consistently deliver a successful P&L without compromising on customer experience or client expectations What's in it for you?
