Finance Systems Controller Location: Downham Market - 5 days a week, full-time in the office. We're growing fast and are on a mission to modernize and streamline our finance systems to keep pace with our ambitious plans. The Role Are you passionate about finance systems and technology? We're looking for a Finance Systems Controller to take charge of transforming and optimizing our finance systems, enabling seamless reporting and data-driven decisions. This is a key role where you’ll focus on implementing and managing an ERP system, ensuring smooth financial operations across the board. Key Responsibilities * Lead the development and implementation of our ERP accounting system. * Ensure seamless management accounting and financial reporting processes. * Drive continuous improvement in finance systems and processes. * Analysing and challenging the numbers through the business, understanding how new systems & processes can impact these. * Support budgeting, costing, and performance analysis through advanced systems. * Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic projects. * Play a part in managing and supporting the finance team’s development. About You You’re a tech-savvy, qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with a passion for systems. You enjoy finding innovative ways to improve processes and aren’t afraid to lead change.
