My client is a privately owned construction contractor who works predominantly in the Midlands and North West area. They work on design and build, new build, refurbishment and fit out projects in a wide range of sectors including industrial, retail, healthcare and residential offerring a good portfolio of work to expand your experience.
This is a new role into the company working alongside the current design manager to assist on a number of new projects that they have been successful at securing.
They are looking for someone who
Has experience within construction, this could be working for a contractor or from an architectural practice
Is proficient in AutoCAD as well as Microsoft Office Packages
Has a driving license so can visit sites
is a tem player
Has very good communication skills
You will be co ordinating drawings from external consultants for all packages (eg M & E, structural, etc) and checking and overlaying CAD drawings.
