English Teacher – Eastbourne  Autumn 2024 Pay – £120 - £250 Location – Eastbourne, East Sussex Contract – Full time, part time available About the School:  Supply Desk are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Eastbourne with encouraging attainment across Key Stages and a strong culture of respect and inclusivity. They are looking to appoint a committed and passionate Teacher of English to deliver enthusiastic and engaging lessons for both Key Stage 3 and 4. This role is long-term and full-time, with a view for the right candidate to turn permanent. About the role: The role is a full-time opportunity, providing lessons in English and English Literature at all Key Stages, contributing to the school’s excellent academic performance. Your lessons will deliver on the National Curriculum and the school’s proven teaching framework. Dedicated time for planning and marking is also provided. The school are looking for someone with thorough and up-to-date subject knowledge, good classroom management and a positive approach to teaching and building relationships. The ideal candidate will: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject. A recognised teaching qualification is a plus.
