A great opportunity has come up for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team of a recent new opening restaurant in the heart Marylebone: Casual fine dining Mediterranean cuisine, sharingconcept dishes with bold flavours
Fresh ingredientsand seasonal produce top notch suppliers (open fire, whole butcheringon site, stone oven, dry age meat display)
Lunch and dinner - up to 110 covers with outdoor terrace
Salary up to £37,000 per annum (£16 p/h)
Fantastic project, strong chef team, and brand-new kitchen & equipment
Rota of 3 doubles, 1 single shift, and 3 days off
The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie must be passionate and have a background in fine dining, Michelin star restaurants, or private members club, as the food will be quality. You will be creativeand supportive in this exciting project and collaborate with your Head Chef.
