Vehicle Estimator - VDA Basic Salary Up to £45,000 + depending on experience + Bonuses + Overtime (Earning potential £50k+) Working Hours - Mon Thurs 08.00 17.00 & Friday 08.00 16.30 (No weekends) Location Milton Keynes Benefits Overtime Holidays: 29 days holiday including public holidays plus additional days with service Company Pension Scheme: Nest Accredited Training - paid for by the business Opportunities for career progression Our client, an award-winning bodyshop is looking for an experienced Vehicle Estimator VDA with previous experience and knowledge of working within a Manufacturer approved accident repair centre. The Role Working closely with clients and customers you will be inspecting damage on vehicles to access what work would be required, time scales and cost for any work completed. Estimating damage and inputting all workflow onto the systems (Systems include Audatex) Looking at the most cost-effective repair method Liaise with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner Reviewing ongoing jobs and identifying issues Working closely with any warranty or an insurance paperwork Ensure all associated administration is completed accurately to a high level Maintain our outstanding level of customer service at all times Comply with Health & Safety regulations to ensure the workshop is a safe working environment Clean driving license for manoeuvring vehicles around the workshop, road tests or driving customers vehicles The Successful Individual Must be Audatex certified Will be able to assess and estimate all damaged vehicles with todays modern technology. Must have a good understanding of how a Manufacturer Approved body shop operates with process, methods, procedures, parts Must be able to deal with assessors, insurance companies and customers in a professional manner. It isessential that the candidate is proactive, an excellent communicator and a team player to assist others in their absence. Accuracy and being computer literate is essential to operate the company management system (Autoflow), Audatex and other manufacturer sites associated with the role Our client is the leading prestige Accident Repair Centre in Milton Keynes appointed by Manufacturers and insurance companies and highly respected within the industry.
