Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of virtual try-on technology. In this role, you will lead design efforts from concept through to execution, creating intuitive, visually stunning user experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, driving user engagement and elevating product quality. You will report directly to the Head of Product Design. Lead a user-centered design process, including user research, usability testing, and feedback gathering to guide product development and improve user experience. Translate product requirements and user needs into innovative, user-friendly design concepts and solutions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints. Design seamless user interactions and workflows for virtual try-on experiences, maximizing usability and engagement. Create visually compelling designs that align with brand identity, leveraging best practices in typography, color, and layout. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system by establishing reusable components and patterns for consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment throughout the product development lifecycle. Stay updated on industry trends, design practices, and emerging technologies to foster continuous product improvement. 2–3 years of experience in UX/UI, Product, or Interaction Design. ~ A strong portfolio that demonstrates design expertise and process. ~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. ~ Proficiency in design and testing tools such as Figma, UserTesting, and Maze. ~ Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture. ~ Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
