The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, enhance brand presence, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills. Key Skills 3-5years of experience in brand management, preferably in the wellness, health or beauty sector. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Main Responsibilities Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and market share. Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and market trends. Define and articulate the brand’s positioning, value proposition, and key messaging. Lead rebranding projects from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless transition and strong brand impact. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop a cohesive rebranding plan. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. Communicate the rebranding strategy and vision to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support. Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, influencer, CRM, PR, events). Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Product Development: Ensure new products align with the brand’s vision and meet consumer needs. Manage the product life cycle, from concept to launch. Brand Communication: Oversee the creation of compelling brand content, including digital assets, advertising, and promotional materials. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, media, and retail partners. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Analyse brand performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities. Use data-driven insights to inform future strategies and decision-making.
