My client are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing for their expansion across Europe. This is an amazing opportunity to join a very well-known brand in the industry, who are renowned for having a great culture, The Senior Marketing Manager will: Devise comprehensive, multi-channel strategic marketing plans to support the business objectives and build brand awareness. Support the Marketing Director to build and create the 5 Year marketing strategy for the UK & Europe to deliver the EU & UK business objectives. Ensure marketing strategies align with marketing strategy and adhere to the unique brand identity, differentiators, and narrative. Collaborate with central marketing teams and channel specialists to support strategic marketing delivery and create compelling multi-channel campaign activities. Seek opportunities to innovate strategic brand creative with each division by collaborating with in-house designers. Ensure the ongoing management and accuracy of the website content. Required skills and responsibilities: 8 years of marketing experience, with experience in financial services. Significant experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns. Proven-track record of improving brand equity and increasing lead-generation activity. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade stakeholders towards positive, commercially-focused outcomes.
