If so, we've partnered with a leading food business - they have an opportunity to join their thriving commercial team to drive sales in the the Grocery Channel. Working for a lead supplier will guarantee exposure to some of the big players in the industry. You will have the full backing of the sales team and he resources/knowledge available to help you to deliver in this role. You will be responsible for managing a Key Grocery Account and to work closely with the team to drive growth and deliver the companies vision and create great relationships with key retailers. This role is ideal for a Senior NAE with P&L experience or a talented NAM looking to join a leading business who is also in real growth. Responsibilities: Full day to day Account Management responsibility for your grocery account. Deliver business KPIs within your accounts. Delivery of the volume and value forecast and internal P&L reporting. Ownership of the pricing and promotional strategy. Collaborating with the marketing team to build support plans and execute them with customers. To deliver customer focus in all my interactions, acting as a Brand Ambassador, leading by example and representing the company to exceed our service and sales expectations. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years FMCG Sales experience Ideally experience working on a grocery account Experience/Exposure managing a P&L Great communication skills and able to build relationships quickly An entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for growth and development
