An established and growing Chartered Surveying Consultancy is on the lookout for a highly motivated Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their senior team at their modern Manchester office, just a short distance from Manchester Victoria. The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a project delivery role. You'll be taking the lead on exciting projects valued up to £70m across the Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality sectors. Your role will include not only managing the entire project lifecycle from inception through to completion but also mentoring and guiding a team of Quantity Surveyors.
