Recruitment Resourcer - Leeds
£22,000 - £24,000 Per Annum (£29k+ OTE)

Search, one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies is expanding! We're looking for motivated and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our Leeds office.
As a Resourcer, you'll be responsible for generating new candidates for live vacancies across our Healthcare Division. This will include creating enticing job adverts and posting them via social media and various job platforms. Then screening candidates through virtual meetings and on the phone conversations.

And what does a resourcer do? * Placing adverts using industry-leading systems to relevant job boards * Responding to ad response within a timely manner and scheduling interviews * Sourcing candidates using social media, CV databases and referrals. * Carrying out interviews with candidates to confirm suitability for roles. * Collecting compliance documentation and logging this on CRM systems * Placing candidates into temporary placements across the northwest * Managing the candidate's absence, hours, and payroll ensuring they are paid weekly.
