The Role
They are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their team in Burnley. You will be responsible for the preparation and painting of carbon and metallic components, ensuring adherence to customer and process requirements.
Your key duties will include:
- Performing water break testing, masking, de-masking, bonding, and sealant mixing.
- Maintaining traceability and quality through accurate completion of job cards.
- Utilising 5S principles to support Operational Excellence.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, including PPE monitoring and safety audits.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Taking ownership of quality controls, especially related to special processes.

What You Need
- Experience in paint spraying, ideally in the automotive or aerospace industry.
