Well established Main Contractor who specialise in Cat A&B Fit Out and Refurb projects are searching for an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee MEP Packages & Sub Contractors on Fit out and Refurb Projects up to £70mill within Commercial Office Fit Out, High End Residential, Leisure and Healthcare projects in and around Central London. If you have a strong understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical Packages, have worked as a Technical or Building Services Manager for a Main Contractor on Fit out and Refurb Projects and would like to discuss potential vacancies, please give me a call asap
