Project Manager - Old Kent Road

A strong Tier 2 Main Contractor are looking to bring in a solid Project Manager to lead a mixed use scheme on the Old Kent Road, South London. It is a live job consisting of 170 units over 2 blocks with a car showroom at the bottom. Internals has started on 1 block and the brickwork facade has just started on the other. The business own all their own plant which will help you get things moving quickly, their is 8 months left on this job but they have a very strong project book with lots of other jobs in the area.
