Training Specialist Contract

Senior Training Associate ~ 6 month contract ~ 500 - £550 per day My client is looking for a Senior Training Associate/Management Training Associate who has experience of Management Development and Training programmes. They are looking for someone who can help build a new offering using the latest Thinking and Technology for Leadership and Management. Support the development of strategic leadership approach for the the client – to include detailed diagnostic work, engaging with internal and external stakeholders and staff networks to scope and design a sustainable programme of activity to build capacity and capability. ~ Determine a clear methodology for the analysis and ongoing evaluation of leadership impact and capability by developing insights from a range of existing sources of leadership and management performance metrics (recruitment ~ psychometrics, employee survey, 360-degree feedback and other internal and ~ Create an enhanced community of practice to enable ongoing support for leadership practice at all management levels.
