Permanent Pension scheme New car scheme Medical insurance Life assurance Senior Test & Validaiton Engineer - Key Responsibilities Manage the HV Test facility, ensuring adherence to the Safety Management System and operational efficiency. Lead the development, validation, and verification testing (DVP) team to meet project Technical Requirements and de-risk engineering decisions. Generate, maintain, and execute Test Procedure documentation, ensuring high-quality data and appropriate metrics for testing. Own the End-of-Line testing process, including requirements identification and implementation. Support the Powertrain Build Manager in HV assembly and testing standards. Senior Test & Validation Engineer - Key Requirements Experience in building HV systems/components within an OEM, Tier 1 supplier, engineering consultancy, or motorsport environment. Proven ability in managing, scheduling, budgeting, and resourcing significant engineering tasks or projects. Experience working with systems from 400v  Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills for mechanical and electrical systems
