Trainee Treasury Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recent Graduate with a good finance based degree to join our client's finance based team in Cheltenham. The role is an entry level role and the client will full support you whilst you work through your AAT training. The role would suit an individual who is interested in working in accountancy in business rather than practice. The role: Prepare journals and help create monthly balance sheet reconciliations Help prepare paperwork needed for investment and foreign exchange transactions Support the invoice raising and cashbook completion process each day Prepare cashflow forecast Run ad-hoc reports for the management team including helping prepare PowerPoint presentations. Help prepare annual financial statements Any other ad-hoc accounting requests from management to support timely and high-quality financial reporting.
