Salary: £100,000 - £110,000 Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office, 3 days remote Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the B2B tech sector and a proven track record in the PR industry? We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to join a large innovative PR agency, driving growth, nurturing client relationships to deliver world-class campaigns for global B2B tech corporations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall business strategy, ensuring the agency's continued growth and success in the B2B tech space. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor for major accounts. Oversee the creative and operational delivery of PR campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and exceed expectations. Identify new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through innovative approaches to client acquisition and retention. Requirements: 8 years proven experience in a PR and/ or communications agency, specifically with B2B clients. Strong understanding of the professional services landscape, with a deep network of industry contacts. Excellent strategic thinking, client management, and leadership skills. A track record of growing business revenue and achieving operational excellence.
