Hooray are currently recruiting on behalf of a domiciliary care provider to assist in the recruitment for 2 Care Managers to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!

As a Care Manager, you will:
Develop, innovate and drive continuous improvement in all areas of the business
Act as a role model to staff and colleagues
Manage the loading and updating of all information onto the care management system
Create care plans for new clients, updating where required
Conduct formal reviews on clients
Carry out spot checks with clients and carers, addressing any areas for improvement
Carry out supervisions on care staff
Liaise & build relationships with the local authority
Partake in on-call responsibilities (once a month)
In order to be successful, you will:
Have experience in working at a management level within health & social care
Have an excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
Have demonstrable experience in working with care management systems
Have a good business acumen
Hold a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle
In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position and we are unable to offer sponsorship!
