Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: Cambridge Salary: £24,000 Days: Monday - Friday Hours: 9am – 5pm Company Benefits: Company pension Employee discount Free, on-site parking Bonus scheme (Quarterly) Sick pay Store discount Growth opportunities Warehouse Operative Responsibilities: Perform picking and packing duties to fulfil customer orders, to a very high standard. Support in quarterly stock count. Accept and administrate supplier deliveries. Handle heavy lifting of materials and products as required. Stock replenishment. Quality control of products. Utilise picking equipment, such as handheld scanners to fulfil customer orders and administrative tasks. Warehouse Operative Skills: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfilment. Ability to communicate well within a small team (5). Capable of occasional heavy lifting (goods up to 25kg). Ability to multitask when required. Positive mindset to achieve the common goal of the business. Warehouse experience preferred, though not essential.
