Balfour Beatty VINCI is working with a range of organisations to design and build 90km West Midlands stretch of HS2 - Britain’s new high speed railway. Our work is essential to enable HS2 trains to travel between London and Birmingham as well as continue their journey up to Manchester. Plus you’d join 9,000 people across 72 nationalities working on this exciting section of HS2 across the region. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cost Data Analyst within the PMO Team. This role will be based on site in Coleshill/ Fort Dunlop. Role Responsibilities; Aid in the maintenance of the reporting process (PMU). Aid in the production of the monthly progress narrative. Provide support for the central teams input into the PMU process. Always work collaboratively with the Client on reporting issues. Facilitate the timely transfer of accurate and coherent reporting information. Aid in the coordination of the various components of the PMU reports with the discipline leads. Communicate status of the reporting schedule.▪ Identify and communicate any delays to the PMU process ahead of time to the Project Controls Team Experienced required An understanding of various methods of project controls, planning and performance reporting. Excellent understanding and organising skills in Excel.▪ A strong background of cost and finance reporting. Knowledge of PRISM or other financial software. Knowledge of Power BI and the interpretation of data from planning software.▪ Good problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work in a team as well as, working independently.
