Are you an experienced Quality professional seeking a dynamic role in a growing manufacturing company?

My client is looking for a QSHE Manager to play a key role in driving quality initiatives and supporting their expanding operations, including projects in rapid growth sectors. Exciting times are ahead!

As the QSHE Manager, you will play a key role in driving quality initiatives and supporting expanding operations. You’ll lead their quality assurance efforts (the majority of your role) and oversee health and safety and facilities.

What You’ll Do

* Quality Management: Oversee the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, updating and standardising procedures, and implementing more efficient systems.

* Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Facilitate training and structured problem-solving sessions for all levels, utilising tools like 8D, Ishikawa, and Five Whys, directly on the shop floor to engage teams in quality improvements.

* Health & Safety: Develop and monitor the Health & Safety policy, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and current legislation. Conduct risk assessments and organise Health & Safety training as required.

* Facilities Oversight: Manage small facilities improvement projects and ensure compliance with fire safety procedures and first aid arrangements.

* Environmental Management: Assist in the development and implementation of environmental policies, conducting audits to maintain ISO 14001 standards and providing environmental training for staff.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You will have at least five years of experience in Quality Management within a complex manufacturing environment, ideally with a background in custom-engineered products. ISO 9001 expertise is essential, and additional health and safety certifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) are a plus. You should be detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to balance multiple priorities with a focus on high-impact projects.
