Exciting Opportunity: Project Manager role at well-respected Fit Out/Refurbishment company
My client is a multi-million-pound Fit Out/Refurbishment company consisting of three main divisions; the central department being the Interiors team who are behind the construction of their larger fit out and refurbishment schemes primarily on office buildings and commercial premises.
My client boasts over 25 years in the industry and to date have turned over £160m - they are continuing to grow year on year. Even with their substantial size, they’ve kept a close-knit, family-oriented culture and have impressively low staff turnover. They’re also known for their solid reputation in the market and their ability to consistently attract top talent in the industry.
They undertake works for major companies, such Google, ITV and YouTube, alongside more community focused works on universities around the country and multiple museums in London. Role: Project Manager
Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Pension + Healthcare
Location: Central London
Responsibilities:
* Planning, develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
* Manage the construction team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
* Identify potential risks to the project
* Client Communication, act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
* Ensure that the project adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
* Reporting and Documentation, Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project.
