Operations Manager, B&I London, Monday to Friday 60k
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Operations Manager to join our client's team in London.
In this role, you will be
leading and coordinating projects across the business
involved in mobilisations and retention initiatives
supporting site managers with operational projects
managing financial targets
ensuring compliance is undertaken
keeping to project timescales and updating client and sites where required

Our ideal candidate would have
Operations Management experience within the Hospitality & Catering industry
ideally hold Project Management training or qualification (e.g. PRINCE2)
strong understanding of food service within B&I contract catering
outstanding customer and client focus
proven experience of managing a team effectively and be able to adapt management style accordingly
strong interpersonal communication and people skills with the ability to build relationship with clients/Managers/Head Chefs/teams
exceptional attention to detail
strong financial acumen
a genuine passion for food and customer service
