My client is part of a larger organisation, providing the financial strength to carry out any project with confidence. Having been in business for over 50 years, my client has an impressive portfolio of projects across various sectors, including workspace, hospitality, commercial, leisure, and airport spaces. About the role: As a Design Manager for a commercial fit-out contractor, you will oversee the entire design process, from initial client meetings through to project completion. Your role involves managing design teams, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring that designs meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines. You’ll be responsible for reviewing technical drawings, resolving design issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll regularly liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow between design and construction phases while delivering creative and functional solutions that meet project specifications.
