PORTERS (DRIVERS MATES) We are currently recruiting a large volume of Porters (Drivers Mates) for a well known client based in the Crick area. The client in question is a very reputable high-street name dealing with clothing and furniture. They are a very friendly place for any individual to start their career or even progress within the business. As Porters (Drivers Mates) work will be delivering furniture to the client homes around the UK with some assembly work as and when required. Drivers Mates will also be rotating to help out in the office to allocate drivers onto shifts and carry out necessary admin duties as part of the position Porters (Drivers Mates) will be supporting the heavy goods (HGV) driver on all deliveries acting as a drivers mate. Positions are being offered on a temp to perm basis with drivers going permanent with the client after 12 weeks of agency employment. The company in question also dedicates a lot of training to candidates to enhance their progression. work 4on 2off shift patter including weekends Porters (Drivers Mate) will ideally need: - Full UK driving licence (as might be required to drive a VAN) - A strong communication skills - Willing to lift/carry furniture - Willing to do some basic assembly work - Be professional as customer facing PAYE rates for Porter (Drivers Mate): - £13.09 per hour Porters (Drivers Mate) drivers will be required: Immediate starts available MUST be able to work 4on 2off shift patter including weekends Home delivery of furniture Some furniture assembly work will be required (as and when required) Must be presentable in appearance Professional manner as customer facing Remain professional during the deliveries and installation of furniture Assist a driver on all routes as double manned deliveries 12 week temp to perm positions Bonus payable every month (meeting targets) once perm MUST have full UK driving licence Benefits of working with 24-7 as a Porter (Drivers mate): Weekly Pay - Every Friday 28 days accrued annual leave per annum (roughly 2.5 days a month) Online payslips On-going assignments Recommend a friend bonuses paid #driver
