Graduate Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer Surrey, UK Would you like to join a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a growing Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) team across the UK? The business is recognized for delivering innovative solutions in building services design and is seeking a passionate Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to join their talented team of five engineers in a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to join a dynamic M&E team and participate in a structured graduate training programme designed to achieve chartership within 5-6 years. You will gain hands-on experience working on diverse public sector projects, including education, residential, commercial, and healthcare. Key Responsibilities: ·Assist in the design and development of mechanical building services systems, including HVAC and plumbing. ·Conduct calculations and simulations to support design decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards. ·Collaborate with senior engineers to prepare technical documentation, including drawings and reports. ·Participate in site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality assurance. ·Engage in continuous learning and development through the structured training programme and mentorship. Qualifications: ·A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline. ·A strong interest in building services engineering and sustainable design practices. ·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ·Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork. ·Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous.
