Are you looking for a new opportunity within the Wealth and Investment industry?
We’re currently looking for a Group Benefits Administrator to join our team in East Malling. You’d be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our client’s pension schemes and life insurance policies.
This role would suit someone who has prior experience within a similar setting that understands the law and practices of the industry.

What you’ll do as a Group Benefits Administrator:
* Process monthly pension schedules/contributions and liaise with relevant colleagues in the Company Payroll / HR Dept and the scheme provider.
* Calculating pension forecasts and preparing statements
* Running annual electronic AML check at review date / new scheme / new business
* Dealing with bespoke adviser, scheme and individual member queries and answering queries by telephone, in writing or by e-mail
* Group protection scheme re-broking annually / 2 yearly or Tri-Annual
* Group Protection Change of Risk Requests and Claim Processing
* Add schemes / members to back office system, Xplan, and ensure information is fully completed and kept up to date
* Prepare and review meeting and review packs for advisers
* Send Member and Scheme templated letters including for new joiners, nearing NRD, retirement options
* Send Valuation reports to the client with appropriate covering letter if requested
* Create and distribute invoices to clients and track progress on payments made
* Ensure any change in initial / ad-hoc fee amounts are communicated to Finance and uploaded to XPlan with Adviser banding rates
* Obtain policy information and quotes for paraplanners as required
* Complete Review dairy / task in XPlan
* Assist with mail merge exercises
This list is not exhaustive, and the job holder will be expected to undertake any other task as reasonably requested by their line manager where appropriate training and/or guidance is provided.
What we’re looking for:
* An experienced Group Benefits Administrator who is knowledgeable within the Wealth Management industry is key.
* You’ll have experience of processing monthly pensions, invoices and track these effectively.
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work in a busy environment.
* Is knowledgeable within pension and tax laws
* An individual who can be point of contact for our clients in the adviser’s absence and deal with client queries.
