Commercial Manager

We are partnering with a leading specialist construction business with an unrivalled reputation in delivering fast paced, complex industrial construction projects across Europe. Our client is looking to bring in Commercial Manager to bolster their commercial delivery team on a high value (in excess of £100m) Data Centre project in Frankfurt and can offer long term opportunities across Frankfurt and Europe for the foreseaable, as well as scope for career progression. Duties to include * Review all Tender and Post Tender Submissions * Reviewing Contract Conditions for new Projects * Review Standard Sub-Contract Packages * Overview of sub-contractor current workload * Due diligence on all new sub-contractors and suppliers * Implementation of Cost Reporting on live projects * Producing Monthly Cashflow and Margin Reports Requirements * Relevant degree qualification in Quantity Surveying * 10+ years' experience on large construction sites * Data centre experience would be advantageous The package on offer for the right candidate is as follows: * Salary circa €100k - €130k basic * Flights provided * 10 days on / 4 days off (Site shuts down on Sundays) * €160 per week tax free subsistence * Individual fully furnished apartment provided with utility bills and Wifi provided
