JOB TITLE: Mechanical Engineer - Static LOCATION: Hammersmith PACKAGE: £45k/£48k basic salary dependant on skills and experience Includes company mobile phone, uniform, and specialist tools Overtime rates at time and a half 23 days annual leave rising to 28 + bank holidays Sick pay Pension JOB INFORMATION - Mechanical Engineer - Static The position is a static/site based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as mechanical ppm and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant, plantroom checks, pumps, vessels, valves etc Mechanical maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, plants rooms This exciting opportunity has come available due to the win of a new contract. You will be site based on a large residential apartment block along with an electrician and a fabric engineer.
