33 days including Bank Holidays Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a French Customer Service Co-ordinator to work for a well-established, dynamic manufacturing business. As the French Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be dealing with customers and distributors, therefore, must be fluent in French. The Role: * As the French Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be entering orders for customers onto the system, ensuring that the customer provides all the necessary information for Planning, Shipping & Despatch. * Providing the customer with an Order Acknowledgment that clearly shows the planned despatch date for each line. * As the French Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be progress chasing the customer's order working close with the planning & warehouse departments to ensure we are keeping the customer up to date with any changes with the planned despatch date. * Entering sample requests onto the system, ensuring they have the all the correct information. * As the French Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be progress chasing the sample order with the Sample Bay to ensure the sample request leaves at the right time or is sent to despatch in time to go with a customer order. * Providing support to the sales team, so that they have all the necessary information to hand when speaking to the customer. * Logging all Customer Complaints onto the CRM system & liaising with Quality Control ensuring that the customer is regularly kept informed of the status of the complaint. * Entering quotations onto the system for their customers. * Being able to confidently answer customer enquiries via the phone or email to a high standard. Providing your customers with all necessary information regarding products, e.g., carton/pallet information, price information, etc. * Arranging customer returns & entering the return (RMA) onto the IFS system.
