Senior Regional Sales Manager – South UK Central London 3 days per week / 2 days WFH. £50,000 Strong Bonus Structure This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a pet food business who’ve become extremely recognisable after experiencing exponential growth over the past 4 years. With a large team of over 70 brand ambassadors regularly attending events like Cruft’s, All About Dogs , Paws in the park … you’ll be managing a large team of people who are actively travelling south of the UK and on-boarding new customers. This opportunity is largely focused around growing a subscription based sales model. With an already fantastic eco-system of growing subscribers , this Regional Sales Manager needs to be a strategic thinker with an analytical approach to their work. Calculating & tracking costs from a high-level perspective. Collaboration is extremely important as you’ll be regularly conversing with brand ambassadors & logistics managers to get the most out of the events which are being attended. You’ll be expected in the London central office 3 days per week. Responsibilities Management of Brand Ambassadors & all fixed terms employee's within the South Motivation of all employees with regular 1-1's Ensuring direct sales KPI's are executed Strategizing on the expansion of the Southern region Qualifications Must have managed teams of 15 P&L cost management Excellent written and communication skills Able to analyse date and trends Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, high level of experience in creating reports and presentations for senior sales management teams. Along with an already established sales team who know & understand the brand extremely well. This will also offer a genuine route for progression within the company.
